You're not going to survive the apocalypse unless you got at least 7 or 8 reliable guys to protect your resources. Dad and mom and a couple kids arnt going to stop 5 or 6 dudes with guns rolling up on your compound.

LMFAO.

If you think that. I'm not going to correct you. Please whatever you do, brings lots and lots of ammo. I could always use more.

Poor city people will flee the cities when the food delivered on a "just in time" schedule becomes a not delivered at all schedule. They think they will be saved in the countryside where the food comes from. They won't live long enough to starve to death...

...during covid, the local county dropped boulders in the highway to prevent direct routes from the largest local city once they were encouraged to "seek food from outlying areas" once walmart shelves went bare for a day. Gee. Hope they have lots of fuel.

Holy crap I remember watching this guy way way back when he was all peace and love and hobbies and stuff.

Damn he's gone 1000% the other way. I won't say he's crazy, because clearly he's not. Maybe a bit paranoid, but still well within acceptable bounds.

So I ask you: What causes a very peaceful, intelligent man to turn to this? What happened to him or what has he seen with his own eyes, and is it more than we are all seeing?

Certain events viewed through a certain lens, and the capacity to act.
