Realistically underdeveloped just means too many niggers and spics. The US will absolutely degrade to the same level as Mexico as the population becomes majority Mexican. Even in most South American countries there are wealthy people who have a first world life style. But they are all underdeveloped according to any country wide measurable standard.

The US can and will degrade to that level. The medical services available to international travelers with no insurance are probably on the level of a developing nation. You can go to a public emergency room, but you will get a nigger doctor. Your nurses will be spics. Your orderlies won't speak english.
