As someone on the landlord side, I've noticed this too. I try to price my rentals fairly, but holy fuck the compeititon is fierce. As a way of staying sane, i unofficially rent to white christian families or couples only. Which is easy enough to verify, just mention bible and scripture in passing and see how they respond. I asked my church about it, and they gave me the stamp of approval on that one. I have a second rental in Denver if any Poal family needs a helping hand on this tough market

Point one only really applies if the nigger decides to pull a suit or make a complaint. Luckily Denver is still white enough to not have this really apply. You can always claim that you went with most qualified or something. Not sure where Wisco is, like West CO?
