Sea salt is trash, get iodized table salt. You need iodine to function, and table salt is your main source.

I completely cut out all sodium, carbohydrates, and fat. All of it. I'll live forever! Except the human body needs all 3 of those to function properly.

I just drink salt water, fatties.

Yes goy, use the table salt. Forget that one cup of milk can provide your daily intake, or that eggs, cheese, fruits and vegetables can give that to you. It's no concern that table salt is chemically processed and devoid of any nutrients, we add the iodine for you so it makes it better! Why would you choose a naturally occurring, nutrient rich and intact food stuff over the chemically processed one?

Good luck with eating 2 cups of yogurt a day

1 cup of milk can provide 59–112% of the recommended daily amount of iodine.

We drink goats milk which has a higher content.

But we also eat eggs and lots of fresh food.

Sea salt is much better for you than table salt. They remove the beneficial nutrients and sell it to you based on fear of not having enough iodine. If your diet is so bad that you lean on a processed product for iodine, salt is the least of your concerns.

That's just the best by date. It tastes a bit different after that.

That is the maturity date. It doesn’t taste right until it has absorbed all of the xenoestrogens from the plastic container. It’s like fine wine.

Its likely just a packaged date in case there is a problem with that batch, the company has some traceability.

It's the chemicals or shit they put in it no doubt.

Probably because the pot isn't air-tight and the salt is going to suck up humidity.
