I wonder what the ultimate "shot" would be from a government perspective. Perhaps one that you need to get a "booster" every 6 months, or even every month, and if you don't, you just die. That could be used to control the population very tightly, anyone who changes their mind about it is dead. All they'd have to do is hunt down the "hesitant", which the jabbed would enthusiastically do to ensure they are selected to get a booster shot. It all reads a bit worse than the worst dystopian novel that I can think of really. ---- P.S.
