I left Fakeberg years ago. The reason is because I realized it was having far too profound of an effect on how I understood my place in society. Though there were a number of good things that had by that point come from it, I noticed the net effect was one of demoralization.
Not very many people followed me out, but a few did over the following years, all with the same realization. Except for this one guy, who I had for over a decade considered to be my best friend. He never left.
My leaving Fakebook marked the beginning of our growing-apart. My contact with the man began dwindling over time. By the start of the scamdemic, we were having discussions only once or twice per month. By this year (2021), we’d conversed even less.
Imagine my surprise when I come to find out he’d went and got the shots. We used to hold such similar values, even being of the same religion. But now he’s a completely different person - so much so, he blew off everything I had told him, warning him.
I attribute this change to his unwillingness to flee from the Sodom - that is, Facebook. Over time, the propaganda swallowed him. So highly did he value societal acceptance, he deliberately blinded himself to the truth that is so obvious to us.
I never had fakebook, don't trust that kind of stuff.
