Don’t think there’s any whites left at this stage, they all seem to have come back to Europe. Since so many left for the oil rush last century an awful lot of them have European grandparents (mainly Italian it seems for some reason) so they’re entitled to EU passports and wisely got the fuck out of there. Met a lot of them in Ireland and even more of them down in Spain. Decent people, I’d say on top of everything else Venezuela has bled her best people to Europe.
