So the ceremony of Knighting was different across different cultures of the time period, but the whole "tapping the sword on each shoulder" thing was often followed by having the newly Knighted man arise, and then be slapped/punched (sometimes with an armored hand, depending on who was doing the knighting). They were then told "That is to be the last blow you receive unanswered, and so you remember who made you into a Knight."

Isn't Freemasonry tied to the Knights Templar or something? Aren't all of these guys Freemasons? Maybe they have a hazing ritual for members who reach certain ranks that involves getting socked in the face.

I was knighted when I was a kid. Once by Brad pitford in a wrestling match and another time I was knighted by an interior door.

Up until now, I had no idea I was nobility.

It's kind of like in street gangs. It's common to receive a group beating when a new member joins the gang

Interesting. I'd like to get to the bottom of this one, whether it's an Osiris ritual, warning from Chinese, or injection

Well the puncher is not a southpaw seeing the left eye is blackened the person hitting used the right fist to do it from the images.

As if a southpaw couldn't hit you with a jab, let alone a hook, and damage your eye socket just like that

Whoever is punching is a faggot, it's more likely an injection. A good punch there would likely fracture the orbital socket.

I wonder how many are also in the red shoe club?

IMO, with almost thirty years in the medical field, by my observation, such an isolated injury is exceedingly rare. This in the sense that it is from a "fall". Bullhocks. Either there was the much more obvious cause: getting punched, or another cause which has been discussed before (injection). The earlier comment concerning being knighted was of interest. How unfortunate that anyone being knighted now seems to be anything BUT honorable. The frequency of this 'injury" appears to be concomitant with a certain level of status, wealth, power (in the worldly sense).

straight up: a bunch of sick bastages these people are sick.

Yes but many of these people are already way above knight status and they are getting punched.

But how do you know that? I happen to think the "elite" we see are a lot less powerful than most would ever believe. They may even be "beneath" us, in many ways.

A prince can't be knighted because he is above that. They are chained to their titles and must do and act as told. Who is doing the telling is the question.

Absolutely. i was intrigued by the historical explanation but yeah, these dawgs way up there. They move the knights on the board.

thus if the other "cause" is the result of the visible injury, heh, well they can BLOODY well afford it.

and it is likely also the point that it is visible. THAT THEY DO NOT TRY TO HIDE IT. after all, these folks are all about optics.

that in itself is an interdasting thought. hmmmm.
