In less than five years the EU will be disbanded.

My understanding is that the battle over getting rid of corrupt judges has been going on for a long time. In 1989 Poland shook off the communism the UK,USA and USSR leaders agreed to impose upon it after WW2. But after 1989 the system of judges picking judges continued leaving a culture of commie corruption and easy verdicts for commie gang. EU must have leftist leanings pushing to keep the leftist judges in Europe and has been interfering in Poland's attempts at judicial reform.
Now Poland has its answer to the question on if "Brussels could stop Warsaw from reorganizing its judiciary." Hopefully this ruling will finally result in the implementation of what they need to do to clean up the commie mess: "the right to check the constitutionality of not only EU laws, but also rulings made by its Court of Justice. "
They are so worried about Russia. EU will put them back in communism.
