Powdered milk is not measured in liquid ounces. It is dry weight ounces. Given that, 64 oz (4 lbs) is the dry weight not 64 fluid ounces (1/2 gallon). Is that what your fuzziness is stemming from?
Did you examine the indicated area of the picture?
Ah, I did miss that apparently. I think I have developed "red highlight blindness" from too many years of the internet pointing out the obvious in pictures.
That, and the red outline wasn't that bold. Probably should have made it a bit thicker.
