It does because they are all thin and healthy. That's all it takes for a woman to be attractive for the most part. Have you seen woman today? I would say a good 80% are overweight/unhealthy. Maybe even more than that.

I'm mid 30s and the other day I was thinking "why was I so picky about female body parts when I was younger"? So I went into the yearbooks and every single was thin. Nowadays (past few years) I'd notice school girls at the mall and they all look pudgy or overweight.
As a side note female clothing used to be about making what you have look better. Currently it's about hiding all your poor qualities.
