If you look at a graph of the world's population from 10,000 BC to today, it's pretty much a flat line for 11,700 years. You fail to appreciate the unique abilities of the White man (I'm sure you really didn't). Our productive capacity is unparalleled when properly motivated. Unfortunately our drive to maintain a family is more. Once this isn't possible, motivations change. We are getting there but people are not hungry yet in a very literal sense.

It might show up in some of the letters from that time, but it was probably so obvious that they did not feel the need to state it in the founding documents. They may have been okay with other races being in the USA, but again, under the assumption that White people would remain the overwhelming majority, as they were in those days.
