The feeling of being trusted and loved by an animal, especially where they feel comfortable enough to lay down and sleep near you, knowing that you will protect them, is up near the top of the best feelings you can have in this life. Also, when you play with them so much, they have had so much fun, and then they just need to stop, lay down and sleep.
