If only white skin is the requirement, then that opens up the flood gates for lots of light-skinned, but obviously not actually what you would consider "white people", people.

If they come from the area outside Europe that falls under Aryan territory and have physical and mental features that associate with Aryans - they are Aryans, our brothers, but not White.
For example I had a few Spanish acquaintances, they had a slightly darker skin than me, but had all the facial features and personality characteristics of Europeans so I considered them my equals and White European Aryans. I also had an acquaintance who was from Iraq, his skin was significantly lighter than average Arabs and had facial features closer to White people (he looked more like an Iranian). I considered him an Aryan, but not White.
