None of the cultures that used that symbol "made it up" and none of them "stole it". It is literally in the stars. The swastika has been a symbol since before symbols were a thing. The procession of Ursa Major around the north star makes a swastika. Ursa Minor as well.

The Swastika as a symbol was made and used by Aryans as a representation of the stellar occurrence you mentioned above. I've read also that it was used to represent natural harmony.
The reason why I said "we didn't steal it from anyone" is because kikes have been trying to push for long time that it's a Buddhist (or Hindu?) symbol that Hitler "stole" from them. The reason India has a Swastika is because they were conquered by Aryans who civilized them and established a caste system with Aryans on top, but unfortunately they racemixed themselves out of existance.
