Don't kill yourself to make other people wealthy. If you are not being paid, don't do the work. I know there are exceptions, you don't have to tell me. I am in a industry where you get fucked over all of the time on zero-overtime because of "reasons". Your time is your life. You only have so much of it to "sell".
