The same thing could be done in the USA by eliminating three words from Section 230:
All of the out of control censorship by the Technofascists is defended in court with that three word clause. Eliminate Section 230 completely, as Trump is demanding, and you can kiss every free speech site in the USA goodbye, because they would all be sued out of existence in short order, leaving only the established Technofascist sites with uber thought control over all posted content.
