Hospitals are often at limit in er and icus. Then you cut staff, and use a random "test" to see if an icu bed should be used. It's pretty easy to get to the limit now.

Healthcare workers should have the highest exposure rate to this if it exists. So they should not need a shot.

All of this hinges on them refusing to talk about immune systems and if they work.
