While reading the article, I couldn't help but wonder if the people looting the businesses ever get prosecuted for crimes under $950, like here.

It seems the plutocrats are actually encouraging this so they can institute a global police force. After all, there's a huge defund the police movement all over the world. I expect much much more of this to happen worldwide.

They barely get prosecuted but mainly because of their ages, the cars are stolen by older gangsters then given to the kids who have been playing Grand Theft Auto ever since they can hold a PS controller & told to "go for it!"
