I am pretty sure this happens in America too. For several years now there has been talk of disappearances of blacks, particularly known healthy men and young teenagers for organ harvesting. I don't think prisoners in the US are any good for organ harvesting because of drugs and AIDS.

Notice that in every media story about the illegal poaching of Elephants and Rhinos, the Chinese are never mentioned as fuelling the demand, nobody ever mocks the inbred retards for thinking Rhino horn is an aphrodisiac.

Did you ever read a story about them boiling dogs alive, but breaking their spines first so they don't struggle? Any other country doing this would generate wall to wall outrage, but the media are totally silent on that one
