worked in piot hiring a dozen years ago, this coming pilot shortage has been known for a long time, less people coming out of military and pilot training is long and expensive by itself. The problem is training and experience, which is hard to get outside uncle sam. It has been inevitable because many people are weak faggots, but as well, the military has become a joke that few want to be a part of. There simply aren't enought young experienced pilots, so standards are being lowered worldwide, but even that doesn't seem to cut it yet.
