Why would they even need to? They've literally disarmed the entire western world with a military comprised of mostly second stringer units and haven't gone farther than halfway into Ukraine. If Putin wanted to, he could literally accomplish what the Soviets never could and conquer western and central Europe, but the downside would be that he'd have to deal with the cabalite Europeans, the jewish, while trying to convince Muslims and other third worlders to return home.
