Option 1) Do nothing and risk being called racists because the US won't help them.
Option 2) Intervene with the military and be called racists for killing those future doctors and lawyers (currently gang members) to restore order.
We could have an all black communist government and those options would still be the only two. Fuck them. Back in the 1930s the US de facto annexed Haiti and the ungrateful bastards did everything they could to get rid of us. FDR finally said fuck it and left. Also, FDR agreed with the Jews to become Germany's enemy so feeding ungrateful Haitians become a low priority.
