Seems like somebody or some thing could do something about this. If the CIA will allow it I can’t believe these gangs haven’t been wiped out before

The US trained a bunch of Mexican cops with our Special forces so they could go after the cartels.

They decided to kill all of the leaders of the cartels then take them over themselves.. That created the most violent gangs/cartels Mexico has ever seen.

Yeah, that really happened. It sounds like a bad Hollywood movie but it happened.
