Could this argument be a bigger distraction? These labs aren’t engaging in actual “germ warfare” any more than Pasteur “proved” germ theory. They’re possibly prepping and engaging in chemical warfare under the guise of germ warfare either out of ignorance or misdirection, but viruses are the result of disease, not the cause.
