Victoria Police turned *themselves* into a 'Criminal Enterprise' for exactly this reason. it is *unlawful* for your movements to be restricted in Victoria, it is ingrained in law, we have the right to travel freely around hte state (Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 section 12. And we also have the right to refuse unnessecary medical treatments. That law is *still in effect* as per the State Attorney General. If that law is still in effect then lockdowns are *unlawful detentions* and 'fines' for not wearing a mask, are, by legal definition, extortion attempts. If police are insisting that *their enforcement* of these covid rules is legal, then they are demonstrating that *the laws of the state are suspended* and if the laws of the state are *suspended* then ill do exactly what the fuck i like until someone starts arresting cops. Now when it comes to arresting people here, anyone has the authority to do it, you dont need a warrant, you just need 'finds committing' (finds committing any offence) and you do it to 'bring them before a court of competent jurisdiction' now if a court is refusing to prosecute police arrested for committing crimes like unlawful detention, coersion and kidnap, then that court is *no longer a competent jurisdiction* and therefore the people of Victoria need to create a *new* court of competent jurisdiction. And given that the Government of the state or the Commonwealth are not going to accept that... well then it seems to me like its up to the people of the state to arrest, bring to trial, sentence, and execute the sentences of these fucking clowns.
