I'll go out on a limb here and state 85% of the populace couldn't find Wyoming on a map - let alone Laramie. Maybe Poal constituents could hit the 35% mark? But I guarantee that none are aware you can get altitude sickness just walking around the high plains of Laramie: No booze needed. Cheap buzz anyway.
