It should be federally banned to hire "tech" people that are not Americans. They are not "better" rather, they are just cheap and actually really, REALLY, suck at their jobs. I have too much first person knowledge around this... If you see companies putting out shit updates or websites crashing more than they ever did before it is because of shit like this.
