Monster is a pajeet turd floating in a sea of turds these days, it's nothing but garbage jobs pushed by indians that don't speak English or even understand what they're trying to offer you.

Only thing of note is some states - Ohio included - use their services as the state unemployment job board. It's just as bad as monster, full of those same indiands.

They have both been complete garbage for years. Last time I used a "job board" it was indeed and it was "ok". Ironically my most recent job is from a recruiter that found me on linkedin.

My current is LinkedIn as well.

I didn't use Careerbuilder that mich, but Monster has been hot garbage since all that dark fiber laid before the telco crash was lit up, and it became free to make calls from India via VoIP. Probably 2007 or so is when I noticed it was all pajeet, all the way down.

I think Monster was good for a while. Never used CareerBuilder. I've used Indeed and Linkedin with decent results.

Monster was fine for about the first 10 years of it's life. After that they started to buy companies to try and keep relevance, and the indians started to flood in.

They still had "Screen Name" in profiles up until about 2015 or so, maybe later - I thought they were competing with the Space Jam website to keep the oldest looking site on the internet alive.
