Hottest in 120 THOUSAND years, well you can fuck right off with that claim, it's been significantly hotter in the past, but their "models" get rid of things like the medieval warm period and Roman warm period (and all other warm periods that recur on a roughly 1000 year cycle). Not to mention that the proxy records that they are comparing todays virtually instantaneous instrument measurements to have much lower resolutions. Typically, the resolution of a proxy would be somewhere from a month to around a century. When you have such low resolution, any brief spikes or drops in temperature are effectively leveled out.

Interesting that they quote a useful idiot from Imperial College London. The same august institution that gave us Nial Fergerson's ludicrous COVID modelling. These bloviating fools have no idea what they are talking about.
