tbh Creme de Casssis is all I can get out here right now, so you and I are in the same boat. I tried the Collins you posted, and liked it as well. Experimented, and ended up preferring it with tonic over club.

I have one of those CO2 cartridge club soda dispensers with the trigger on it, so I use that for club soda like I'm all fancy & shit lol

I only just discovered those 2 days ago, I want one bad now. That, and a bottle caper with some 8-12oz bottles. The idea of pre making and bottling my own cocktails sounds great.
