2 bourbon (I used rye whiskey) 3/4 lemon juice 3/4 honey simple syrup Shake in cocktail shaker with ice. Pour over ice Honey simple syrup is basically just watered-down honey that you make in the same fashion as simple syrup. Pretty good to have on hand.
