2 rye whiskey 1/2 green chartreuse (fuck those guys, I bought green instead of yellow) 1/2 sweet vermouth 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 dash orange bitters Stir in mixing glass with ice. Then strain into cocktail glass. Or just fuck it and stir it into a rocks glass.
