I remember this video. It seemed like (based on context) that he meant sterilization in the sense of sterilization of a surgical implement (to inoculate the population from the virus) rather than the destruction of a person's reproductive ability.
Suggesting the latter was the intended use of the word might be like believing the flat Earth theory. You are further making a mockery and lessening credibility of conspiracies in the eye of the public at large.
We really have to be careful with this stuff. There are enough insane people who follow the democrats that believe that the US government could never have ill intentions toward its citizens, we don't need the people who are willing to listen to reason to think that anyone who holds conservative views are nut jobs.
