Ah, you beat me to this observation. They present this headline in a manner that makes you feel sad, emotional- this is the primary function of propaganda. When you are emotional, you're not thinking. If you're too wrapped up in thinking about the horrific tragedy of the pointless loss of a young life to despair.... you might miss the little clue you pointed out.
This person was concerned about their life, long-term. They believed that getting this shot would enable them to live a long, healthy life... and then two weeks later, he suddenly decides to check out. What could've happened in those 15 days that made this man go from "I want to live a long life" to "I want to die so badly, I am determined to make it happen"?
Since we really don't know shit about what the clot shot does (besides cause blood clots, palsy, etc.), it's absolutely possible that it can fuck with your brain chemistry. Turn a happy, healthy person into a miserable, suicidal lunatic who doesn't even understand why they want to die... this is truly the darkest timeline.
Also, it's really, really tasteless to announce suicides. Usually when a person offs themselves, the headline or obituary will simply read "[Person] passed away on [date], leaving behind [family blah blah blah]. But this guy? No, screw him- we need to paint him as a loser who ended himself, publicly. Screw his family, too. This is modern "journalism".
