CDC has the legal authority to detain any person who may have an infectious disease that is specified by Executive Order to be quarantinable.

In wide bay qld we have no masks no social distancing etc. Southern states must be on the hit list. BTW my phone never leaves the house and i never get asked to scan my phone or fill in a form. If I had to fill in a form Im Joe Blow From Shit town. All paper forms are thrown in the bin cos no one cares as no one is sick.
