Regardless, aluminum is one of the most abundant compounds on the planet (in?). It is in your food especially your plant food. You ingest far more aluminum in plant food than you will in vaccine form even if you took a vaccine every week of your life.

Ingestion means that much of whatever you ingest is going to be filtered through your liver. Injection goes straight into your bloodstream.
Also newborns being injected is even worse because they don't have a fully formed blood-brain barrier yet, AND of course they're fucking tiny, so smaller amounts of aluminum and mercury are much more harmful. Furthermore, aluminum and mercury together create a synergistic toxicity that is 100x worse than either alone (there are many studies on this effect). Mercury also accumulates in the brain, meaning each successive dose is causing a greater problem.
Plus none of these vaccines are actually necessary at all.
