dangerous movements... fueled by conspiracy theories... when those theories are correct, it legitimizes them.

😜 Is this supposed to be serious? Correct=legitimate.

These people need to reread this slowly and as many times as necessary.

Who falls for this obvious shit?

If this is an actual article I would very much like to read it. I am curious how they build an argument that extra-judicial remedies are dangerous when it has been proven by clear and convincing evidence that the judicial ones did in fact fail.

Reminds me of a story I heard about English Judges in the early days of the Old Bailey. After sentencing a man to death, new, exculpatory evidence was presenting proving without doubt the man's innocence. However, the Judges refused to vacate their sentence because the English Courts do not make mistakes.

I believe in the Appeal to Heaven model. I will use the Courts so long as they continue to function properly. But if they fail I will seek an appeal of my grievances elsewhere.

"Fact checkers" all claim it's been altered, but they won't provide the original article, which might have been true, but deleted since.

Too bad.

This is typical of cult thinking, in this case a Marxist cult. They assume anyone criticising them is wrong (and a conspiracy theorist) and also that they are wrong even if they are factually correct. This is because they are ideologically wrong, which in the Marxist cult is the worst kind of wrong. This is outlined in Herbert Marcuse's essay Repressive Tolerance. It is not possible for an ideological opponent of a Marxist to be right in their eyes, they aren't even considered to be people (a partof "The People").

When the official story about a given event is provably wrong, people will consider alternatives. When people have to navigate a thousand lies, they will attempt to investigate for themselves. The fact is that people will hover around the truth like scavenger birds when the truth is intentionally hidden from them on such a large scale. Some people will not be satisfied until they know the truth. Conspiracy theories get wild when people have no help from anyone but the charlatans on their shoulder pigeon-holing people into the latest psyop.

Conspiracy theories are most likely wrong because the one truth seeker is spam attacked by people with means who wish to hide it. The answer is not to stop investigating. The answer is to do your due diligence, and divine the truth for yourself. If you doubt your capabilities, know that if you care about the truth, you are part of the best we have.
