- Two fat slabs of bacon diced

- Get bacon going on high heat in a cast iron skillet until crispy, plate bacon on some paper towel. Leave the grease.
- Throw in your onions and stir vigorously for a minute.
- Add greens/ salt/black pepper and stir til tender
- Mix some white vinegar and hot sauce stir in some garlic powder, about 3 liquid ounces total and Dump it in the pan. Stir.
- Dump in one cup cooked brown rice. Keep it moving.
- Replace bacon. Stir moar.
- Throw in a massive bowl and eat it all.
