  • Two fat slabs of bacon diced
  • Small Onion
  • Collards
  • Brown Rice (cooked)
  • Franks Redhot
  • White vinegar
  • Garlic powder
  • S&P 50/50 mix

  1. Get bacon going on high heat in a cast iron skillet until crispy, plate bacon on some paper towel. Leave the grease.
  2. Throw in your onions and stir vigorously for a minute.
  3. Add greens/ salt/black pepper and stir til tender
  4. Mix some white vinegar and hot sauce stir in some garlic powder, about 3 liquid ounces total and Dump it in the pan. Stir.
  5. Dump in one cup cooked brown rice. Keep it moving.
  6. Replace bacon. Stir moar.
  7. Throw in a massive bowl and eat it all.
