Stew is the easiest way to cook small game. The meat is very lean. If you don't do it right it will be dry and leathery.
If you cut it up roast it or make a stew.
If you wanna bake or grill it leave it whole and cut it up when its done.
Marinated in red wine for 24 hours or coated with mustard then stew with potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic cloves and bay leaves.
