Show this to your daughters. Tell them this is what happens when they don't wear sunscreen. This is a classic case of sun damage. Maybe some smoking damage, but that's mostly sun related.
I had one daughter who briefly thought it was 'cool' to be dark and was intentionally getting sun tanned. After a few weeks of observing this behavior, I got her to wear sunscreen by showing her a few pictures like this and by telling her she was starting to look like a common field hand. Now she is proud of her fair white skin and always carries sunscreen in the summer.
Wrinkles are an indicator that you're body isn't able to repair itself, which is an indicator of a poor diet more than how many chemicals you manage to lather up. Sun screen is more likely to lead to skin cancer than it does to young looking skin.
I think it has a lot to do with one's skin. I have never worn sunscreen, and I'm not much younger than that scrotum-esque looking woman. I don't look anything like that, and actually have very few wrinkles. But I'm also Portuguese, with some American Indian thrown in.
True, but also depends on where you live. AZ, south FL, etc ... very different vs even 500 miles to the north.
Spend some time in south FL ... crazy how many wrinkled walking around that look like this. Not something you see elsewhere.
