"Harm". This is how they will try to push their tyranny. You won't be able to buy things, because the cause "harm" to something, usually the environment. This will start with small things, and will progress up to and including things like cars and houses. You can't buy a car because it would cause "harm" to the environment, and you might run over someone, which would cause "harm". EPA will hold online retailers responsible for the unlawful sale of products on their websites that can harm consumers and the environment
Fascinating. Yet the EPA is perfectly fine encouraging (((big pharma))) to sell weapons that kill entire populations and looking the other way when certain businesses pollute the environment or when the EPA releases millions of gallons of toxic chemicals into a river. (npr.org)
Besides, eBay isn't a retailer. They are a platform. I suppose this is pedantic, however eBay isn't the seller. The EPA needs to go after the actual vendors. But it's much easier to attack eBay.

I thought the same thing. eBay isn't a seller.
