It means that hours passed between two moments. Although in the video the situation is presented as an event of a few minutes. Most likely the part with the shots was recorded separately and at a completely different time. The theory that several days passed between the events is supported by the presence of a yellow car in the parking lot behind the military in the first shots. In the first shots it is there, but not at the moment of shooting.
