For me it seem quite obvious, there's too much evidence published that indicates it was a nearby launched Hamas missile whos flight path was over the hospital occuring at the same time Hamas was launching many missiles from that nearby location. More evidence includes it only hit a parking lot, the blast hole was minimal (charge was not triggered), the unburned rocket fuel flamed all of the people and cars in the car lot. Had it been an israeli precision missile, it would have hit the target and probably destroyed the building. Also, Elon took action against NYT on X for propagation of the fake news ... that causied protests around the world. I'm not saying IDF didn't call and tell their (((Hamas))) operatives to launch one to target the hospital, just saying it was a Hamas missile IMHO.
