The only reason it's this bad is because china intentionally let it spread everywhere and hampered any and all efforts to bring it under control until every major nation had an outbreak. The Prc and the CCP are DIRECTLY responsible for what's happening now. Period. They shouldn't pay reparations. They should be overthrown and their shitty country divided up into four distinct ones so that they can never amass the same amount of power and influence ever again. The whole rest of their world needs to combine their forces and steamroll china for good.
