China and Russia are historic enemies. China and Japan are historic enemies, as is Korea and every other group that is not chinese. I've long thought that the US should learn from Bismark: in a world of three, be on the side of two. ( my paraphrase) Russia is traditionally Orthodox Christian, at least until jews in 1917. Christian genocide until 1942, when it was allowed for the troops fighting the Germans. Sooo, somehow jews are in the center of the mix...
