Nope. The fact it's been there at least a week tells us that. The gov also states it's at such a high altitude it cannot depict anything useful, which is also not accurate. If it is indeed a Chinese spy balloon, then we now know why the increased presence of chinese nationals at the border has been of growing interest.

edit to add: i cannot get into specifics, but the fact this recon balloon is present isn't in itself a threat - chances are likely this post has been photographed before - it isn't a classified area per se (this is separate from the work performed) - the issue however is two-fold, and that is in the length of surveillance - this is an OPSEC concern as operations can be aggregated and inferential analysis performed. Second, is if there is a presence of GPR - most likely there are countermeasures in place for this but as technology evolves, older countermeasures may lack efficacy - especially as it comes to insider threat and the proliferation of [I]IoT.
