The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant Friday for Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of being responsible for war crimes in Ukraine.
Putin committed the “war crime” of overseeing the unlawful abduction and deportation of children from Ukraine to Russia, the court said in a news release. . .
Sounds like they projected Hillary's crimes onto Putin - if you change the country to Haiti or a half dozen others that the Clinton Global Initiative has "helped".

Of course the arrest warrant is a symbol they can't do anything!
I hope Russia terminates anyone involved in the arrest warrant and the ICC, figuratively.
Russia doesn't recognize the ICC. ICC is feckless unless other countries facilitate the arrests.
