Also, on a side note, it's weird that the ICC would call him a war criminal and issue an arrest warrant since he hasn't done anything that Bush, Clinton, or Obummer did. Where are their warrants?

I wish good luck to whoever is directly in charge of the arrest... Good luck with putin's bodyguards/pretorian guard... I don't think they are going to just let it happen... Good luck and prepare to die, to put it simply.
