It's quite strange. These globalists seem to think they can negotiate from a winning position, when they have clearly lost. Are they just pretending that they've won, and hope that no-one will notice that they're full of shit? Have they drank their own Kool Aid, and believe their own propaganda?

President of Poland is a fucking dope. It's cute that he thinks he is running a real country that only exists because of treaties and agreements by others. Poland hasn't won a war in over 100 years (not counting gulf wars because they were there I think to clean shit up afterwards).

Interesting globalist proposal given the background of the conflict is that there are different ethnicities in Ukraine territory that the battle is preventing to break off from Ukraine. Why not propose a less sweeping focus on Crimea for peace, do Ukrainians (who love the globalists) consider that Tatars might want their own separate ethnic state and would Russia agree for the sake of peace? Also, this 'ethnic state' proposal seems so anti-diversity. Does the diversity of ethnicities not enrich Russia?

Yes, we know, it's all about taking out Russia and not about peace. It would be easier to flood those Eastern European lands with Africans and muslims in the name of EU or NATO moral superiority without Russia there saying 'hell no'. It would then also be easier to access and manipulate those lands for resources and holocaust money extortion.
